
Marco Tedeschi
Marco Tedeschi earned a master’s degree in Space Engineering at Politecnico di Milano focusing his studies on electro-optical space systems. Following a brief experience in the academic research, he began is career in the space industry as a Satellite Operations Specialist at ICEYE. In 2021 he started working in Leonardo in the electro-optical payload system engineering department as assembly, integration and verification (AIV)
manager. In this role he took part in various European space projects involving the development of electro-optical space instruments for Earth observation.
At the beginning of 2024, coinciding with the creation of Leonardo Space Business Unit, Marco accepted a new role in the Engineering and Operations Governance as Continuous Improvement Specialist. In this role he focuses his efforts in improving the engineering and production processes, introducing new tools, fostering collaboration between departments, and developing innovative engineering solutions and methodologies.
