Marco Giannini

Marco Giannini is a Senior AOCS & GNC engineer with extensive experience in subsystem design, development, validation, and verification. He is currently the Head of the AOCS & GNC Team at D-Orbit, where he also serves as Subsystem Lead for in-orbit servicing missions. He has more than 10 years of experience in control system design and testing, gained primarily through his work on the VEGA launcher at Avio. Over the course of his career, he has developed strong expertise in guidance, navigation, and control for complex space systems, with a focus on both launch vehicles and orbital platforms. He later contributed to the development of the AOCS design for the Life Extension Module in support of ESA’s Space Rider project.
