Gianluca Caruso

Gianluca Caruso is a TAS Specialist in Software Quality Assurance and the Software Quality Skill Leader of Thales Alenia Space JV.

He is responsible for organizing and coordinating the SWQA Discipline Skill Network across the transnational organization of TAS.

He has extensive experience in Software Quality Engineering applied to Flight Application Software, Flight Embedded Software, Space Segments, Ground Segments, and Complete Satellite Systems, contributing to some of the most significant Thales Alenia Space projects.

He is also the Engineering Maturity Leader and Software Quality Referent for the Competence Center Software Engineering Italy, contributing to the maturity of software processes and their evolution, as well as the optimization of the application of standards and processes.
