Federica Paganelli

Federica Paganelli Azza is an Automation and Control Engineer graduate from Politecnico di Milano. Her academic background is rooted in control theory, with a specialized focus on optimal and nonlinear control methodologies. Throughout her studies, she delved into areas such as mobile robotics and human-robot interaction. She took her first steps into industry within the automotive sector, where she worked on the design and development of autonomous steering systems. She joined AIKO in 2021 where she is currently working as an autonomous systems engineer, focusing on enhancing Guidance, Navigation, and Control approaches with innovative methodologies.
