Ester Maio

Ester Maio is a Software Product Assurance for the Galileo G2 Satellites Batch 1 at Thales Alenia Space in Rome, Italy. She is responsible for maintaining adherence to the applicable standards (ECSS, GSWS) throughout the software lifecycle and plays a key role in product evaluation and verification processes.

Ester has a solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies. Prior to her current role, she was an Avionics Software Engineer, focusing on validation and verification in accordance with the DO-178C standard. She has extensive experience in software assurance within the aerospace technology sector.

She is involved in Research and Development projects focused on advanced technologies.
