Elena Luna Tocci

Elena Luna Tocci earned her master’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and innovative industrial systems. She began her career at Leonardo in 2022 as a Process Engineer within the Industrial Engineering team, where she specialized in developing and managing KPIs to monitor and optimize process performance.

In 2024, with the establishment of Leonardo’s Space Business Unit, Elena transitioned into a new role as Continuous Improvement Specialist within the Engineering & Operations Governance. In this role, she drives initiatives to enhance engineering and production processes, through the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies, in particular focusing on warehouse management to assure full traceability of the material.
